Welcome to Trust the Children Blog

Welcome to Trust the Children Blog. Homeschooling has been our way of life for 20+ years. Early contributors to the fledgling Home Schooling efforts in the State of Washington. Eleven of our own children, currently from 11 to 29. Two School Districts. A Fulbright Scholar, scholarships to college. Vocational options explored. It has been quite a ride.

We have seen so many start and stop. Some start again and stop again. We have had our ups and downs as well. But somehow we have persisted. Nothing too fancy really. So we hope that this gathering place, will help us all to make our homeschooling dreams come true.

  • I have a recording of one of your presentations at a Home Schooling conference a few years ago. I've really enjoyed it. When you speak at conferences it might be a valuable resource to publish these to your web log.

  • Cyndy and I were reading the comment below by Joseph. We chuckled at his spelling. At least I did. On the other hand, there are times when the spelling of our children drives us nuts. How do you deal with spelling or the lack of correct spelling?
